Kindermusik classes are designed to benefit preschool children and their parents. Children experience the basic foundations of rhythm, volume, pitch and listening in a group, then share them with their parent(s) at the end of class. This creates a more solid bonding experience with parents. The concepts are carried with the students throughout their lives, allowing them a jump-start on their contemporaries.
When we say, "Making Music Makes You Smarter", we are backed up by years of independent testing which proves that additional intelligence of up to 20% can be achieved by exposing young minds to the concepts of music and it's creation. The neural passages between the left and right sides of the brain are stimulated creating a wider connection resulting in better logical thinking and a deeper understanding of mathematics, science, and the arts.
The Kindermusik curriculum is designed to develop the whole child. Development in social interaction, fine and gross motor skills, and cognitive thinking are refined by dancing, singing, clapping, listening, sharing, and cooperation. These life skill sets are essential for the development of a well rounded nurtured individual.
A video broadcast of the lesson is shown live throughout the learning center and waiting room. Live video of group lessons is also occasionally streamed on our web site.
