Welcome to the BIMT home page!

BIMT offers music instruction for the Kansas City Northland metro area. Our High-Tech group Keyboard Classes integrate PowerPoint visuals with live video from three cameras. Musical computer games and high speed internet accessibility stimulate and teach students faster than conventional methods. A closed circuit broadcast of each group lesson is displayed on monitors throughout the classroom and waiting room. High-tech group piano lessons are only are only $15.00 for a 50 minute weekly session.

Kindermusik Classes are available for preschool children age six months to six years. There are several sessions available throughout the day, as well as open times for Home School Music Classes for older children. Private Instruction is also available for piano, guitar, bass, drums, violin, voice, flute, sax, brass and woodwinds. The cost is only $15.00 per 30 minute lesson.

BIMT Studios offers a full service digital Recording Studio. Quarterly seminars on MIDI sequencing, microphone techniques and equipment interaction are covered to allow you to get the most out of your home studio sessions. MP3 examples of our work are also available to download.

Acoustic and digital pianos are available for sale or rent. We are an authorized Suzuki Piano dealer, and import other fine brands of quality used pianos as well. If you are in need of an instrument, please give us a chance to help you save money. Additional music items are available on our DrMIDI.com store.

BIMT does not require students to sell candy nor do any other fund raising events. We are funded only by tuition and your generous donations. BIMT is now recognized as a not-for-profit corporation as of October 11 2007 by the State of Missouri, and can now offer you a receipt for your tax-exempt contribution. We need occasional help in raising funds for expensive musical instruments & equipment, as well as creating a scholarship fund for students that do not have the resources to pay tuition. If you have been blessed with abundant financial resources, and would like to donate to our school to help us, we would appreciate your contribution.
