Grand River Mutual is accepting applications for the position of Internet Technician located in Princeton, MO. Our Internet Technician resolves and documents customer reported Internet trouble, develops and delivers Internet training for customers and co-workers, and other duties as assigned.

The Internet Tech must have excellent customer service and communication skills; extensive knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems; knowledge of Internet protocols and TCP/IP configurations; and knowledge of data networking, broadband DSL services, and dial-up Internet configurations. Other requirements include the ability to: work independently in a high call phone environment and stressful situations; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; have finger/hand dexterity, normal/corrected eyesight and distinguish color; and work some Saturdays, evenings, and overtime when required. The Technician must live (or be willing to relocate within a reasonable amount of time) within the GRM service area. Class E Missouri or Class D Iowa driver license required. High school diploma or GED and experience in related field required, degree in related field preferred.
